The Songbridge Choirs

Four youth choirs fra China, Canada, Hungary and Denmark, all chosen from the very best choirs in their countries form the Songbridge. They bring new compositions with them which they rehearse during the Songbridge camp and sing and perform at their concerts.

All the choirs have as their goal to educate the young singers at a high musical level. They should also be concious of the music of their own country and at the same time having an open mind of the culture of other countries. The choirs want to share their happiness of singing and their culture with each other and with the audience that comes to hear them.

The idea of a "Songbridge" is being a bridge, a singing bridge between the choirs and between the choirs and the audience. In this way Songbridge wants to help creating a better understanding between people and more awareness of the value of other cultures.
